Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Winterina. Here's what to expect when your order is on its way.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet — it's coming soon, so stay tuned.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, and is paid by the customer. Any duties or taxes, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

Processing & production times
Many Winterina pieces are made to order, so each item is produced just for you. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately or together depending on availability.

Delivery times
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Total time to receive your order is production time plus transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or peak periods.

Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Order accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive, please contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
